I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy for adults navigating trauma, grief, loss, and significant life transitions. My work is grounded in compassion, clinical experience, and a practical understanding of how emotional pain, stress, and change can affect every part of a person’s life.With a background spanning behavioral health, corrections, substance use treatment, work with military and high-intensity professionals through telehealth, I bring a steady, thoughtful approach to the therapeutic process.
